Job description
As an Agreements Coordinator, you will work within our ‘Pub Partners’ division, taking care of the administrative activities regarding the production and completion of tenancy, lease and franchise agreements. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a high attention to detail, great people skills and experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

This role is a PT career Band
Your role as Agreements Coordinator
- Undertake all administrative tasks associated with the production of agreement documentation including the co-ordination, production and completion of tenancy, lease and franchise agreements and associated documentation using Word templates, internal systems and tracking records
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate requirements are collated in the preparation of all agreement documentation
- Initiate and maintain the digital journey process for all new tenancies
- Regularly produce compliance and agreements reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the development of internal systems to ensure effective production of agreements and compliance
- Processing Pubs Code related matters and maintaining procedural records
What you’ll bring…
- Strong administrational and organisational skills with ability to work to deadlines
- High level of accuracy with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leads by example and demonstrates great customer service
- Must be able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude.
- High level of IT literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience of CRM systems would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
- Previous legal/contracts administration experience would be an advantage but not essential
