Greene Sky’s ambition is to help more women shape the future of Greene King. Greene Sky is composed of women and allies across all levels of the company. As well as advising on current issues faced by team members, its role is to encourage female empowerment and inclusion across all of Greene King.

Our Accomplishments
Maternity Policy
After providing recommendations and speaking with women across the business, we launched a new enhanced maternity policy in 2022.
Building Awareness
Engaging in various events, such as International Women’s Day and International Menopause Day with the aim of increasing awareness. By taking part in these events, we help people learn more about the problems, successes, and worries that women face.
Progression
We’re supporting women with their internal progression. These efforts are aligned with Greene King’s ambition to achieve 50% representation of women in senior management by 2030.

Future Aspirations
We have exciting plans for the future, focusing on raising awareness and expanding our influence. One of our key objectives is to drive internal mobility by actively recruiting more women into leadership roles, with the ultimate aim of 50% of women in senior roles by 2030.
We have identified four crucial areas to focus on celebrating women, promoting careers, taking a stand against sexism and educating on menopause. Throughout this year and onwards, we plan to work diligently on these pillars, including launching our new menopause policy and running regular surveys and listening groups to capture the current issues relevant to women at Greene King.
How can you get involved?
After joining Greene King all team members get access to our internal communications platform, Kingdom where they can join our groups so that they can interact, share ideas and feedback on activity and progress.
