Job Location: Bury St Edmunds Distribution Centre, Cullum Road, Bury St Edmunds
As a Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for handling goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring inventory is accurately stored and dispatched efficiently. You’ll play a key part in maintaining an organised and safe warehouse environment.
Working Hours
The main working hours for this role will be Monday – Friday 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00, with rotation of 1 week 06:00-14:00 & 2 weeks 14:00-22:00. Flexibility will be key to this role in providing holiday cover to the night shift, Sunday – Thursday 22:00-06:00.

Qualifications
Your role as Warehouse Operative
Receive, unload, and store incoming goods.
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders in line with customer requirements.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks or forklifts (if trained/certified).
Perform stock checks and report discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures.
Assist with inventory management and data entry using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Label, organise, and restock inventory.
Cooperate with team leader and colleagues to meet performance targets.
Other general warehouse duties as assigned.
