Company Description

As our Transformation Change Manager, you will be responsible for establishing the change management model and approach within Transformation, including the implementation of change management methodology as part of the PMO Centre of Excellence based on leading practices and industry standards.  This role will create and develop materials, templates and training modules to support in educating and engaging with relevant stakeholders on the methodology.

Job Description

In your role as Transformation Change Manager you will….

  • Establish change management methodology as part of our Centre of Excellence. Develop materials that can educate and engage on change management, and templates that support in putting the methodology into practice
  • Identify the change management support model required and existing capabilities within the Transformation Team
  • Create the Strategic Portfolio change management plan including establishing appropriate assessments and measures
  • Assess your stakeholder groups to support effective change plans
  • SME for change management within Transformation, supporting project teams in identifying the change impact of projects and programmes
  • Support with the creation and delivery of communications for the Strategic Portfolio and wider Transformation Team

 

What you’ll bring… 

  • Good at storytelling, creative and innovative
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management building skills with a strong sense of team
  • High levels of self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent organisational skills and a solution focused approach.  Ability to deal with ambiguity, conflicting agendas and changing priorities
  • Ability to think critically, communicate at all levels and actively listen. Should have exemplary writing skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt and tailor messages according to the audience
  • Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and delivering change management strategies for large scale transformations
  • Demonstrated experience creating and delivering training programmes to diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Considerable experience managing change initiatives for large complex transformations with demonstrable successful outcomes.
  • Accredited change management professional, with extensive knowledge on tools and practice i.e. ACMP, OCM or equivalent
