As Transformation Business Analyst, you will…

• Identify, define, and support change initiatives that deliver customer value and commercial benefits.
• Engage and influence stakeholders to gain the necessary input, buy-in, and support for successful project delivery.
• Elicit, document, and agree on end-to-end requirements for changes across people, process, and technology.
• Work across project workstreams, programmes, and strategic portfolios to deliver high-complexity, high-benefit projects.
• Ensure effective execution and tracking of solution design success, managing a portfolio of projects aligned with strategic objectives.

What you’ll bring…

• Experience working in a digital environment with preferred experience in MarTech, required experience in app, website or loyalty solutions.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrable experience in business analysis, including the use of relevant tools and methodologies.
