Work with stakeholders to identify and implement ongoing enhancements to the plan.

Qualifications
Your role as Trading Event Manager
- Overseeing day-to-day management of current operational processes.
- Executing Annual Operating Plan (AOP) activities.
- Managing communications and initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance and assurance within pub operations.
- Providing essential support services for pubs.
What you’ll bring…
Act as Project Manager for all key trading events across the group
Own event calendar for the year and align all activities to it
Continually improve systems and processes that deliver increased value at key trading times
Coordinate and facilitate planning meetings with cross functional senior stakeholders
Drive a culture of accountability for tasks among stakeholders, escalating risks to the Head of Central Pub Services
