Technical Surveyor

As a Technical Surveyor, you will support the Cellar Service purpose by helping great people in great pubs serve great beer by managing the installation of beer dispensing equipment on investments. Ensuring beer quality for the guests and enhancing the pub's operational requirements.

Ensuring Greene King policies and procedures are followed, particularly those relating to health & safety. Ensure the accuracy of all stock recordings and that all stock transactions are processed correctly and in a timely manner. This is a field based role in Scotland.

Your role as Technical Surveyor   

• To be a key contact for major installations, liaising with stakeholders in our Pub Company, Pub Partners & Free Trade teams to cost and schedule draught beer installations
• Survey for trade customer requirements, providing accurate labour and equipment cost quotations
• Arranging labour resources balancing QuADS Technicians' utilisation with Third-Party Service Providers depending on resource availability and workload
• Complete post-installation audits and provide feedback to the Regional Service Managers, Service Providers and the Equipment Supply Manager as required
• Identify and record any Health & Safety risks that QuADS Technicians and Service Providers will need to mitigate whilst carrying out their duties
• Ensure major installations are completed to the customer’s specifications and completed in the agreed timescale
• Co-ordinate works required by related suppliers i.e. BOC & Coca-Cola
