We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader to join our organisation in Lancaster, United Kingdom. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing, motivating, and developing a high-performing team while ensuring the achievement of organisational goals.

• Lead and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Set clear objectives and performance expectations for team members, conducting regular appraisals and providing constructive feedback
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
• Monitor and analyse team performance, creating and presenting reports to senior management
• Identify and address any challenges or conflicts within the team, promoting a positive work culture
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and project delivery
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, delegating tasks and managing workloads effectively
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of work
• Provide mentoring and coaching to team members, supporting their professional development
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions when appropriate

• Proven experience in a team leadership role, with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in performance management and conducting appraisals
• Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong customer service ethos and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Technical ability to evaluate and implement changes in relevant platforms and systems
• Excellent report creation and analysis skills
• Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
• A collaborative approach, with experience in cross-functional team environments
• Relevant industry experience (preferred)
