As the Service Trainer for Crafted Pubs, you will be responsible for curating, driving and embedding industry leading learning solutions to both our in-pub teams and PLT.  Acting as an ambassador for the division both internally and externally, through delivering engaging and impactful learning solutions for the Crafted teams. You will help develop, shape, and embed the learning and development elements of the divisional HR agenda.

Your role as Service Trainer

•Deliver a suite of training sessions in line with an agreed calendar, aligned to Crafted including product, skills and adhoc sessions where needed.

•Drive engagement in the team by delivering great training sessions and helping to recognise great performance

•Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative, create your own solutions and build strong relationships with fellow colleagues

•Liaise with and build strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers, leveraging their support and expertise in order to provide the very best product training to our teams

•Deliver against the Crafted People Plan, ensuring training is commercially always focussed around the needs of the business

•Deliver agreed training as part of the new openings plan

What you'll bring...

•Relevant and meaningful experience in supporting teams with on-the-job service training

•Exceptional communication skills

•Strong evidence of leading and implementing Brand centric learning solutions

•Understanding of the technical and system aspects of the hospitality business

•Proven experience of interpreting learning requirements and gap analysis from business strategy to action.

•Experience of working with senior stakeholders in a matrix environment to understand business development requirements and design and deliver solutions
