As a Server at Crafted you are the beating heart of the pub. You will be leading guest interactions and will primarily be responsible for taking orders, recommending food and drink to guests and ensuring the smooth running of the guest experience.

Your role as a server, you will...

• Provide guests with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
• Know the menu inside out, offering recommendations to customers.
• Deliver a high standard of service to ensure a unique guest experience.
• Making sure front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
