Guest Experience/Reception Manager 

As a Guest Experience Manager, your commitment to exceptional service coupled with your financial expertise distinguishes you. With a keen focus on personalised service, and efficient team leadership, you’ll be an integral leader in creating excellent stays. 

What you’ll do as a Guest Experience Manager…

• Oversee and manage reception, budgeting, expenses, revenue opportunities, and guest transactions to ensure financial health and maximize profitability.
• Act as the face and brand ambassador for the hotel and ensure your team do the same
• Ensure a seamless guest experience by providing personalized service, coordinating with hotel departments for prompt request fulfilment, and proactively enhancing the overall stay.
• Supervise, train, and motivate your team for exceptional service, and help create a positive working environment to consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Collaborate with various hotel departments and liaise with external vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Efficiently manage the reception area, implementing streamlined procedures to monitor room availability, reservations and guest requests to meet guest requirements.
