Property Financial Analyst

As Property Financial Analyst based from either our Bury St Edmunds site or Burton Upon Trent, on a hybrid working basis (50% office, 50% remote) your role will be joining an industry leading finance team. Our Property Finance Team provides business partnering and analytical support for a variety of property functions across Greene King ranging from commercial due diligence on acquisitions, to +£100m repair budgets, to valuing the GK property portfolio.

Your role as a Property Finance Analyst: 

• Supporting the Acquisition, Estate and Asset Optimisation Directors in investment making decisions
• Period reporting of the Group Asset Optimisation dartboard
• Exposure to commercial/strategic focused property projects
• Forecasting, strategy and budgets with exposure to financial planning cycles
• Gain an understanding of key demographic and competitor information, helping shape the market planning of towns and cities.

What you'll bring:

• A part of full qualification in Finance (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong Excel skills
• Previous business partnering experience or investment appraisal experience would be advantageous
