Job Description

As Project Manager for our Hotel Brand Launches you will be the link between the project team, property, procurement, brand, and the operational teams to help manage and co-ordinate all new hotels openings within the division.  You will ensure that the brand requirements are translated into the property including FF&E, H&S, training, uniforms, snagging, local marketing plan etc to ensure we deliver the property to Brand.

In this role, you will have a strong operational knowledge continuously ensuring everything is delivered in line with the brand standards. You will liaise with the Programming Manager and the wider opening and hotel team. throughout the opening process, a true champion of the brand, standards and culture.

You will …….

  • Be the link between the project team, property, procurement, brand, and the operational teams to help manage and co-ordinate all new hotels openings within the division
  • Ensure that the brand requirements are translated into the property including FF&E, H&S, training, uniforms, snagging, local marketing plan etc to ensure we deliver the property to Brand
  • Project delivery lead for all new hotel openings, communicating with all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure that the customer Brand experience is embedded in the team & delivered from day one of opening
  • Continuously coach all Hotel Leadership Team on the steps they need to ensure the elevated experience is delivered ready for a successful opening
  • Ensure the guest management systems are in place and our Hotels are inviting and friendly environments for our guests to visit and in line with the new Brand pillars

What you’ll bring… 

  • Experience in opening Hotel projects from a project and operational standpoint
  • Strong Hotel operational background in premium hotel brands with knowledge of brand execution
  • Organised with experience on main Microsoft systems for use and reporting
  • Naturally, you are open, positive, and approachable with a great attention to detail
  • You have the ability to communicate clearly at all levels and to gain positive actions from the teams to assist in the delivery of standards
