Job Description
This role is a Senior Manager (M1) Grade
This role is 12 month FTC
In this role as Programme Manager you will;
- Be part of and support the Central Delivery Senior Leadership team with management responsibilities, continuous improvement, organisational initiatives, employee mentoring and manage a small team to proactively manage the Programme, including several external partners.
- Clearly be defining projects and project deliverables which are clearly aligned to the strategy
- Work with key stakeholders to plan and design the programme and pro-actively monitor its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate
- Engage all stakeholders in the programme so that business changes land effectively into BAU through appropriate change management strategies
- Ensure team members feel they are supported and feel listened too, contributing to the success of our team and have a positive experience being part of Central Delivery
What You'll bring...
- Experience across the complete lifecycle of large scale projects/programmes, from concept to ongoing operations
- A flexible and pragmatic approach to developing and delivering solutions
- Proven influencing and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrable experience of establishing and managing cross functional programme and project teams and willing to get into detailed delivery if needed
- Strong personal impact and resilience being able to influence through an evidenced approach to assist stakeholders to make decisions for major changes
