PMO Manager

As our PMO Manager, you will have a pivotal role providing PMO support for the Brand and Marketing Functions within a matrix operating structure (CMO).  This role will support in categorising and prioritising projects from the function, ensuring they are managed and tracked in line with the overall Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, reporting and governance. They will drive visibility of project activity for the area, planning and optimising resource and solving conflicts.  The role will sit within the Central Transformation Function but will be dedicated support for the CMO project portfolio.

In your role as a PMO Manager you will….

• Develop and maintain the CMO Project Plan (Portfolio Level) by being responsible for the visibility, reporting, categorising and prioritising of projects
• Ensure quality reporting and tracking is in place for CMO projects.  Responsible for the adoption of AOP reporting for CMO, deploying training and support plans across the team where required
• Business Partnering to support on skills, capability, or resource requirements in project management / PMO activity
• Supports in engagement of what is going on in ePMO
