As a Personal Assistant, you will be critical to Greene Kings success, you will be responsible for supporting and enabling Destinations Brands Managing Director so that we can fulfil our strategic ambition.

Job Description

Your role as Personal Assistant 

  • Proactive and extensive diary management of assigned Director 

  • Developing presentations, spreadsheets (including use of excel to track and deliver management information), managing correspondence and email documents.   

  • Centralise and coordinate key analytics for board level presentations.   

  • Manage approval process for key head office HR initiative requiring group HR Director input. 

  • Attendance of meetings and minute taking as required 

  • Effective cascade of communications to relevant stakeholders as required within the department 

  • Creating/maintaining filing systems (electronic, hard copy and email) 

  • Organise, attend, manage and participate in team meetings and organisational events, where appropriate 

  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks and project work as requested e.g. absence logging, expenses, travel arrangements etc. 

What you'll bring

  • Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and manage own time and workload. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business 
  • Ability to react positively with sudden and unexpected changes in demand. 
  • Can work accurately and effectively under pressure to tight deadlines and under own initiative. 
  • Comfortable dealing with sensitive and confidential information. 
  • Intermediate level of IT literacy and knowledge including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
