People Insights Manager

As a People Insights Manager you will use your analytical and story telling skills to drive action across our business supporting our ambition to create a Greene King that people are happy and proud to belong to. Our people are essential to deliver our Customer First agenda, and this role is key in delivering on our ambition. You will own employee research, our bi-annual engagement survey 'Rant n Rave' as well as our Hello and Goodbye surveys.

This role is a Manager (M2) Career Band

This role is a 6 month FTC basis

Your role as People Insights Manager...

• Design, implement and run employee listening strategy, aligned to people & customer strategies, to include Rant & Rave, Hello, Goodbye, pulse surveys and ad hoc research programmes.

• Responsible for design, delivery, quality, and stakeholder / business strategy engagement on all centrally coordinated people research

• Bring people and organisational data together to drive business success, network with wider insight professionals and the HR teams from across the business and run People Insights Projects where necessary

• Design and lead people research projects into “what we don’t know” to prioritise and drive activity across the business

• Ability to influence up to Exec level  through insight delivery and discussion

What you’ll bring… 

• Ability to remain impartial and be proactive 

• Data driven mindset with the ability to use a range of tools to help with storytelling to a variety of audiences 

• An understanding of quantitative and qualitative research and how they can be used to deliver the requirements 

• Ability to conduct detailed, methodical research into internal and external data sources whilst providing succinct insights to the appropriate audience.

• Previous experience within an Insights role
