As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night, as well as cleaning and upkeep tasks. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

As a Night Porter, you will...

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
• Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins
• You’ll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times
• In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Ensure a clean and well maintained environment for all guests.
