Job description
As a New Business Manager you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new clients and growing our customer base within the Free Trade beer industry. This includes identifying target Multiple Retail Groups, building relationships with key stakeholders, developing proposals, and closing new business deals..

Your role as New Business Manager
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach, customer acquisition that understands and creates differentiation from existing competition.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Effective deployment of presenting a condensing a portfolio of company products and services tailored to the demand of the prospective customers.
- Able to use a framework of negotiation tools and tactics to maximise the revenue available in a contract.
- Self lead creation of sales strategies to meet business development targets and contribute to overall company growth.
What you’ll bring…
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve business challenges.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track progress and performance.
- A creative energy and hunger for delivering best in class results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant industry certifications or training is a plus.
- Full UK driving license.
