Job description
As a New Business Manager, you will drive growth across the Free Trade channel in your region, securing high-quality independent customers and building long-term partnerships with key operators. This is a field-based role where you’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

As New Business Manager, you will…
- Target and secure new business with Multiple Retail Groups and strategic independent Free Trade customers
- Build trusted relationships with owners, directors and senior decision-makers
- Create compelling commercial proposals tailored to each customer’s operation
- Lead negotiations and close profitable, long-term supply agreements
- Manage a high-quality pipeline with clear visibility of value and conversion
What you’ll bring…
- Proven experience in new business development and high-level sales
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate complex deals
- Excellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage a pipeline and deliver against ambitious growth targets
