Company Description

We're looking for Meetings and Events Coordinator to join our team. The role reports directly to the General Manager and based from The Manor Hotel with support from our Head Office team. 

In this job, you'll be the first person perspective customers talk to, and you'll make sure they have everything they need from the start. You'll be busy taking lots of calls and emails, but your goal will be to make each customer feel special and to book as many group events, meetings and events as you can.

    • Proven experience working as a Bookings & Events Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Manager or similar role. 

    • A natural networker who understands fully how to create contacts through local organisations, groups and online networking, thrives when growing personal connections and sourcing local opportunities both marketing and sales. 

    • A self-starter who wants to make things happen and can deliver results. 

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
