Job description

At the Anchor Bankside, we don't do quiet. There's always something happening and we need someone who can turn that constant buzz into unforgettable events and smart, revenue driving opportunities.

You'll be the driving force behind our sales and events, working closely with our Bookings & Reservations Manager to turn enquiries into packed out spaces and seamless experiences. From corporate bookings and celebrations to large group reservations, you'll manager the full journey.

You'll actively drive sales across the business. That means building relationships with corporate clients, identifying new revenue opportunities and making sure no enquiry goes to waste.

Company Description

Greene King Heritage is a collection of premium pubs that have the individuality, quirk, warmth, and charm of an independent. Our plans are big, and we are looking for the best people to join us on what is set to be an incredible journey filled with plenty of opportunities.

Perched on the Thames with a front row seat to London's chaos, The Anchor Bankside isn't just a pub. It's a living breathing piece of the city's story. We've been pouring pints since Shakespeare was workshopping his first drafts!

We're equal parts historic charm and modern buzz. Widely rumoured (and we won't argue) to be the UK's busiest pub, we thrive on the energy: Creaky floors, big laughs and riverside views. Whether it's locals escaping the daily grind, tourists chasing a proper London pub experience, or the after work crowd in need of a well earned drink, we're the place where good times happen naturally.

Working here means joining a crew that's fast, friendly, and just the right amount of cheeky. Personality is welcome, confidence is key, and the pace? Let's just say you won't be checking your watch! If you like your workplace with a bit of history, a lot of character, and the occasional perfectly poured pint at sunset, you'll fit right in.
