Internal Communications Executive

THIS IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT ROLE

Our Internal Communications Executive is responsible for delivering an array of consistent, quality communications that inform, engage and support a diverse population of 38,000 people in 1700 locations, building pride in our brand and bringing our purpose and values to life.

THIS ROLE CAN BE BASED IN BURTON ON TRENT OR BURY ST EDMUNDS

As our Internal Communications Executive you will...

• Coordinate and manage the drum beat communications plan
• Create consistent, quality, written content that fits with our brand and tone of voice, has clear purpose and links to the IC strategy, values and purpose
• Provide advice and recommendations to key stakeholders for effectively communicating messages through our channels
• Proactively source stories that support our strategy and ensure a regular, timely and targeted flow of news and information through the organisation
• Support internal events, both digital and face to face
