As the Employee Relations HRBP you will play a key role in aligning all aspects of our employee relations to our Culture program while ensuring risk is mitigated through effective case management and continuous improvement. Through coaching you will provide guidance to Line Managers covering all areas of the employee lifecycle including performance, discipline, grievance, absence, ET/EC, Redundancy & TUPE.

Your role as the Employee Relations HRBP
- Lead ER the case management process to ensure activity is managed accordingly and reduces risk
- Deliver commercially focused professional HR advice, guidance and support aligned to the business plan and HR strategy, supporting, developing, and advising managers relating to ER cases
- Review and continuously improve all aspects of employee relations using HR data to target areas of concern
- Forge relationships that enable a culture of best practice ER delivery led capable Line Managers
- Enhance Line Manager capability through knowledge building, coaching and the development of effective tools & guidelines
- Partner with the central ER team so that effective supplier performance management enables compliance with health screening via the OH provider
- Support the wider B&B HR team with HR Projects and initiatives in support of the delivery of the AOP e.g., engagement, HR process improvement, talent & succession
What you’ll bring…
- CIPD qualified to Level 5 preferred (or similar)
- Significant experience in Employee Relations management, preferably in a unionised FMCG environment
- Confidence to influence and challenge at a senior level
- A positive and can-do attitude, solutions led, using information and resources available to make effective day to day decisions
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality for all sensitive information
- Ability to work unsupervised and to balance a multitude of priorities
