Your role as a HR Business Partner will invole working in partnership with the Commercial & Finance functions in Brewing and Brands to create a competitive advantage by deploying HR knowledge and knowhow to advance people capability ensuring functional and Brewing and Brands wide goals are achieved. The HR Business Partner will deploy across the full employee life cycle driving HR effectiveness, which in turn drives organisational performance.

Job Description

Your role as a HR Business Partner

  • Strategically partnering across the full depth and span of the commercial & finance areas advising, and leading on the people strategy, you will help to build an inclusive culture and drive success through effective talent management, employee engagement and succession planning.
  • You will be a key part of driving forward our diversity and inclusion strategy, focusing on how we build a diverse and high performing team.
  • You will lead critical people projects, whether that be strategic development or the introduction of new initiatives. Through stakeholder relationships, you will contribute to business discussions in order to drive people performance and employee experience.
  • You will lead and coach best practice for managers and employees in matters relating to Performance Appraisal, Recruitment & Selection, Discipline & Grievance and Absence Management, working closely with CoE functions.
  • Become the Talent Lead for B&B ensuring that all centralised GK talent incentives and process’s are cascaded across B&B, (My Performance & Goal Setting).
  • HR Policy execution, ensuring consistent, efficient, and fair process implementation.
  • Use the Key HR measures on the scorecard to spot trends and issues, acting accordingly.
  • Support Senior HR Business Partners with HR Projects and Initiatives in support of the delivery of the HR Plan e.g., engagement, HR process improvement, talent & succession.

 

What you'll bring...

 

  • Degree qualified within a business / HR discipline.
  • CIPD Qualified.
  • Proven experience working at a Business Partner level in a FMCG/commercially minded business.
  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment law with significant experience in managing ER cases.
  • Proven experience in a broad HR Generalist role with a skill set including recruitment, talent management, employee relations and performance management.
  • Experienced in developing / implementing HR strategies, plans or projects.
