As a HR Business Partner you'll directly partner the regional operations team across core business unit, partnering with the Operations Manager/Director and their management teams, including Business Development Managers and General Managers. The HR Business Partner is the co-ordinator of developing, shaping and embedding the divisional HR agenda, working to deliver the people strategy (Divisional People plan) and championing people innovation. The HR Business Partner also works closely within the wider central HR team on shaping, influencing and embedding the centrally managed and driven HR programmes as part of the (Group People plan).

Your role as HR Business Partner
- Accountable for execution and embedding of the people and culture strategy.
- Day to day management of regional people metrics and people risks in operations in core business units, analysing and building solutions for off track KPI’s, ensuring Safe, Clean and Legal standards are always met.
- Partnering the divisional HR team, including resourcing and learning to develop and execute all divisional people elements
- Expert in group people policies, guiding divisional management teams through HR advice on culture and divisional people strategy.
- Key member and influencer of the regional management team – developing GK solutions on culture, shaping people strategy ensuring individual regional requirements are considered where appropriate
What you'll bring
- Experience in a multi-site offering within a matrix structure organisation
- Proactive focus on improving sustainable business performance through a people-focused approach to business planning
- Extensive knowledge of HR policy and process and always has a plan to meet or exceed expectations
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
