This is a 8-9 month Fixed Term Contract - Part time position 4 days a week
Your role as part time HR Administrator will be supporting the Pub Co HR Support Team with general HR enquiries from our managed pub estate on a fixed term contract duration.

Your role as HR Administrator..
- To work as a key part of the HR Services team with the aim of continually improving communication with the business and harmonisation of processes
- Responsible for contract/letter generation for employee lifecycle processes (joiners/changes etc), with associated paperwork in line with published Service Level Agreement’s (SLA)
- Provide accurate information for daily/weekly monitoring of SLA’s
- General correspondence and administration

- Meet customers’ needs whilst setting achievable expectations.
- Knowledge of Right to work checks, Data Protection, GDPR & Right to work.
