Job Description

As our next Hotel Team Leader, you…

  • Are passionate about guests and delivering great service.
  • Have a strong level of knowledge and experience across the operations.
  • Have a hands-on approach, are organised and supportive of your team.
  • Take initiative and are reactive to situations as they arise, finding suitable solutions and ensuring a positive outcome.

As Hotel Team Leader you will have the opportunity to contribute to a fabulous guest experience together with your team. To help you do that we will support you with the knowledge and skills to be successful in your role.

  • Participate in hotel's organisation.
  • Be readily available for the teams and hotel guests, and work with the Assistant Manager to ensure a high level of quality for all services
  • Focus on quality and ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty through handling complaints and coming up with solutions, analysing and replying to guest's feedback.
  • Administration responsibility with invoicing, cash operations and activity reports. Carry out inventories in compliance with administrative and financial procedures
  • Are result-driven and understands what needs to be done in order to achieve the hotel goals
