Job description

A Night Porter is responsible for the safety, security, and service of a hotel or property during overnight hours (typically 10/11 pm–7/8 am)

 

  • Guest Service: Welcoming late-arriving guests, managing check-ins/check-outs, handling room service requests, and managing luggage.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance:

     Performing, cleaning, or ensuring the lobby, public areas, and toilets are pristine for the morning.
