Head of Operations - Premium Ventures

As a Head of Operations you will lead the Operations Team for Premium Ventures (MPCo & Crafted) to ensure pub teams, guided by Business Development Managers (BDMs), deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve sales targets. Oversee operational excellence across all locations, ensuring consistent quality and guest satisfaction while driving efficiency and profitability.

This role manages an Operations Manager (with a team of 5 BDMs) and directly manages two BDMs with specialised areas, operating across two existing business units.

Your role as Head of Operations

• Collaborate with the Premium Ventures Executive Leadership Team to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of our divisional Strategy and Action Plan.
• In partnership with the Commercial Marketing Director and the Heads of People and Finance, oversee our divisional priorities through management of the Operations team including the Operations Manager and BDMs.
• Work closely with the Head of Finance on budget planning and commercial forecasting, ensuring accountability for performance.
• Directing, briefing & steering BDMs to deliver the Divisional Plan and ensures priorities are met in a timely manner.
