Job Description

As the Head Housekeeper, you will lead a team dedicated to crafting a memorable experience and keeping the property immaculate. With an eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, you thrive in a dynamic environment to maintain high standards in housekeeping.

Your role as housekeeper…

  • This is a working role so you will be leading from the front ensure an outstanding guest experience
  • You will create the perfect environment for our guests through preparation of exceptional spaces, perfect cleanliness and adding unique touches to create lasting impressions
  • Manage staffing, work assignments, and performance goals, providing mentoring and coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Plan rotas, control budgets, and communicate effectively with other managers to meet guest demand and address special requirements.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance training for new team members whilst overseeing housekeeping team training and standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections, report defects, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness in public areas, promptly address guest experiences, assist in VIP requirements, and focus on delivering personalised touches for complete guest satisfaction.

What you’ll bring….

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Possess an excellent eye for detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in tasks to maintain high-quality standards.

  • A genuine passion for the hospitality industry, particularly in the realms of Hotel and Restaurants.
  • Extensive background in a culinary setting demonstrating hands-on experience in the details of kitchen operations and showcasing practical knowledge and proficiency in culinary practices.
