Job Description
As the Head Housekeeper, you will lead a team dedicated to crafting a memorable experience and keeping the property immaculate. With an eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, you thrive in a dynamic environment to maintain high standards in housekeeping.
Your role as housekeeper…
- This is a working role so you will be leading from the front ensure an outstanding guest experience
- You will create the perfect environment for our guests through preparation of exceptional spaces, perfect cleanliness and adding unique touches to create lasting impressions
- Manage staffing, work assignments, and performance goals, providing mentoring and coaching for continuous improvement.
- Plan rotas, control budgets, and communicate effectively with other managers to meet guest demand and address special requirements.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance training for new team members whilst overseeing housekeeping team training and standards.
- Conduct routine inspections, report defects, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness in public areas, promptly address guest experiences, assist in VIP requirements, and focus on delivering personalised touches for complete guest satisfaction.
