Front of House Teammate

As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day, you’ll keep the good times flowing. You’ll be joining a fun team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

The Anchor is an incredibly lively venue. Boasting no less than 6 bars, dining rooms, roof top terrace, meeting room and the largest riverside beer garden in Central London! We are in need of some talented individuals to join our front of house bar team on a part or full time basis at the Anchor.
As part of our award-winning Anchor Pub Team, your role will be supporting in leading a warm welcoming pub that is always lively, fun, and a team with a genuine desire to please the customer. Working with passionate and energetic people, you will have a genuine interest in the local community.

About The Role
Working front of house, you will be passionate about hospitality, welcoming to our guests and you can even get involved in innovating ways to become the pub of choice for every occasion.
About You
You don’t need to have experience (though it can help) as we’ll teach you everything you need… All you need is a warm and friendly personality, willingness to learn and a genuine love for what you do.

As a member of our Bar & Waiting Staff, you will…

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
