Job Description

• Be able to independently run a busy section in the restaurant or brasserie
• Be able to serve quickly, efficiently and cleanly
• Engage with guests in a professional and personable manner, while showing a bit of personality and who you and we are as a company.

We are looking for passionate, creative individuals with a sense of fun to work Front of House, with a focus on working in our Restaurant & Brasserie. Working in Front of House it is your role do whatever it takes to wow our guests and to promote our culture of quality, passion and creativity in the bohemian hub of the city.

As a member of our Bar & Waiting Staff, you will…

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the restaurant is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
