Finance Business Partner

As a Finance Business Partner you will partner with our manufacturing team to help us manufacture our beer in the most efficient and sustainable way. Influencing day to day operations, this role will see you support a range of projects designed to make our brewing process sustainable. You will also help support the development of 2 x Finance Analysts.

Your role as Finance Business Partner

• Act as business partner to the Head of Manufacturing, whilst working closely with the Head of Engineering, Head of Procurement and Head of Planning
• Line manage and mentor two analysts to encourage high performance
• Support the Head of Operational Finance in producing high quality, insightful and timely information including the P+L,
• Budgets and forecasts, monthly and ad hoc data
• Deep dive and project based work to drive change and performance improvement in the business including a focus on value engineering and on sustainability
• Work to reduce costs through continual collaboration and performance management and identification of savings opportunities and use of industry best practice methodology

What you’ll bring…

To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified finance professional with previous experience in a manufacturing environment. As important as your previous experience, you will demonstrate the following skills:

• Ability to influence business decisions, through listening and adjusting communication style to meet the needs of the audience
• Ability to condense complex data streams to provide insight on contract performance
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team of direct and non-direct reports
