Finance Business Partner

As Finance Business Partner for our Flaming Grill brand, your hybrid working role (50% on site and 50% remote working from home) will be working within our Destination Brands which is an exciting Managed Pubs division including Chef and Brewer, Hungry Horse, Farmhouse Inns, Flaming Grills and Ancillary aspects including Wacky Warehouse children's play areas and hotels.

Your role as Finance Business Partner:

• Supporting the Flaming Grill pubs Business Unit Director providing insight, analysis and challenge to support decision making and to drive the profitability of the Business Unit.
• Experience the business by being out in trade regularly to understand implications of decisions and opportunities
• Reviewing and interrogating investment business cases
• Provide support to the Financial Controller and Finance Director on ad-hoc analysis
• Review period accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Creation of P&L budgets/forecasts.
• Provide support across the wider Managed Finance teams

What you'll bring:

• A formal Accountancy qualification (full or part qualified in ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Previous experience in period end reviews
• Experience in a commercially facing finance role (retail sector is advantageous) 
• The ability to build great relationships and discuss finance with non finance professionals.
