Employee Relations Advisor 

As the Employee Relations Advisor you will act as custodian to our culture by supporting our line managers and employees throughout our business to adopt our policies and procedures consistently and fairly. This agile role works a 50:50 split between home and our Burton office and is offered on a 6 month FTC.

Job Description

Your role as Employee Relations Advisor 

  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction, providing guidance and support to line managers and employees over email, telephone, and in person.
  • Escalate high-risk queries and/or cases to the Employee Relations Case Manager and support them to coordinate administration behind key processes.
  • Provide training for line managers within the business on our policies, procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

What you'll bring...

  • Experience in the Retail or Hospitality sectors and a good understanding of Employment relations preferable.
  • Qualified or actively studying towards CIPD Level 3, although not essential as training can be provided
  • Knowledge of Data Protection, GDPR, and PECR legislation
  • Microsoft Office IT skills including Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel, and TEAMS
  • GSCE English and Maths required
