Qualifications
Your role as a Driver Dray Operative
- Provide excellent customer service whilst maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
- Safely manual handling of materials and products/wines/beers/spirits/soft drinks when loading and unloading in accordance with procedures.
- Adhere to legislative, company, and departmental protocols, including health and safety.
- Collaborate with the team to meet goals and KPIs, and fulfil extra tasks assigned by your manager.
- Accurately checking goods upon delivery to ensure top-notch quality and reliability.
What you’ll bring...
- Class C (2) Licence
- Driver CPC
- Physical ability and skill to follow specific instructions for the safe handling of large products during multi-drop deliveries.
- Efficiency in loading and unloading procedures, prioritising customer satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt to a variety of client requirements, as well as expertise in communication with both team members and customers.
- A customer-focused mindset, willing to adjust work patterns as needed to professionally represent the company to customers.
