Your role as a Driver Dray Operative 

• Provide excellent customer service whilst maintaining professionalism and courtesy. 

• Safely manual handling of materials and products/wines/beers/spirits/soft drinks when loading and unloading in accordance with procedures. 

• Adhere to legislative, company, and departmental protocols, including health and safety. 

• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and KPIs, and fulfil extra tasks assigned by your manager. 

• Accurately checking goods upon delivery to ensure top-notch quality and reliability.  

What you’ll bring... 

• Class C (2) Licence 

• Driver CPC 

• Physical ability and skill to follow specific instructions for the safe handling of large products during multi-drop deliveries.  

• Efficiency in loading and unloading procedures, prioritising customer satisfaction.  

• Ability to adapt to a variety of client requirements, as well as expertise in communication with both team members and customers. 

• A customer-focused mindset, willing to adjust work patterns as needed to professionally represent the company to customers.
