Qualifications
In your role as a Dray Operative you will...
- Provide excellent customer service whilst maintaining professionalism and courtesy
- Safely manual handling of materials and products/wines/beers/spirits/soft drinks when loading and unloading in accordance with procedures
- Adhere to legislative, company, and departmental protocols, including health and safety.
- Collaborate with the team to meet goals and KPIs, and fulfil extra tasks assigned by your manager
- Accurately checking goods upon delivery to ensure top-notch quality and reliability
What you’ll bring...
- Physical ability and skill to follow specific instructions for the safe handling of large products during multi-drop deliveries
- Efficiency in loading and unloading procedures, prioritising customer satisfaction
