Digital Learning Producer - 6 month FTC

As a Digital Learning Producer you will support the business in the development of creative, innovative, and effective learning solutions aligned to business objectives. Working with key stakeholders and SMEs, you will input into digital learning solutions, producing high quality learning assets in numerous formats including in eLearning, PDF, and video formats.

Your role as Digital Learning Producer 

• Support the L&D function to deliver creative and innovative learning solutions
• Providing creative ideas into learning design solutions for divisional and corporate delivery, based on requirements from subject matters experts and the design project partners
• Apply knowledge of design / learning theory to design learning digital assets based on source information provided by subject matter experts and design project partners
• Produce creative, innovative, and effective learning solutions aligned to business objectives in a variety of formats including eLearning, video, audio, and PDFs
• Manage your workload to ensure learning assets are delivered on time
• Upload and test learning in the Learning Management System in use (Cornerstone)

   

What you’ll bring… 

• Use of creative design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud to produce other formats of digital learning: required
• Innovative and open to new ideas and ways of working – committed to continuing your education in learning design and learning technology
• Great communication – able to adapt styles to suit different audiences, understand the tone of the message, a great storyteller
• Creative – able to take learning needs and propose new engaging solutions for users to experience
• Experience creating eLearning using appropriate software, (e.g., Storyline, Gomo, etc.) is preferable but not required
• You have strong personal values and are inclusive of all.
• You understand the importance of the customer and user experience and this really shines through in your design.
