Job description

Working hours - 24 hours across 4 days (6 hours per day). Preferably Tuesday - Friday. 

Your role as a Customer Sales Representative 

  • Make outbound calls to customers for accurate order-taking according to schedule. 

  • Handling incoming calls promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer care.  

  • Achieving targets by capitalising on orders, and promotions, and maintaining polite and prompt customer responses.  

  • Contributing to effective operations through administrative tasks, supporting colleagues, and engaging in account prospecting for new customers.  

  • Greene King support agile working which means you would be welcome to work from home for up to 2 days per week after training.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring... 

  • Prior experience in a customer-focused, sales or administrative role.  

  • Strong computer skills, including experience in Excel and Outlook.  

  • Collaborative teamwork expertise and problem-solving skills that align with team objectives.  

  • Optimistic and resilient mentality, with the courage to speak up and highlight areas for improvement.
