As a Customer Care Representative you will manage queries resulting from Drinks Deliveries for our Retail estate, Pub Partners and Free Trade Accounts, building strong relationships and offering leading edge customer service to our customers.

Job Description

Your role as Customer Care Representative

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer care
  • Respond to all written communications in emails, within agreed timescales
  • Record details on Quest CRM system and help customers with queries
  • Liaise with 3rd party contacts 

What you’ll bring… 

  • Prior experience in a customer-focused or administrative role
  • Computer skills, including experience in Excel and Outlook preferred 
  • Collaborative teamwork expertise and problem-solving skills that align with team objectives
  • Enthusiasm and keenness
