Job description

As a Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing change initiatives associated with the Greene King Loyalty programme. You will plan, coordinate, and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and utilisation of the Loyalty scheme across the organisation and with our customers.

Qualifications

As Change Manager, you will…

  • Collaborate with programme and project stakeholders to define the change management strategy for the Loyalty programme.
  • Identify key change management activities, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful adoption across the numerous stakeholder populations.
  • Create a comprehensive change management plan outlining the approach, communication strategies, training initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to ensure active participation and buy-in throughout the change process across the numerous stakeholder populations.
  • Create clear and compelling communications, including presentations, emails, newsletters, and training materials, to inform stakeholders about the benefits, progress, and impact of the Loyalty programme.

What you’ll bring…

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager or in a similar role, preferably on large-scale Transformation projects.
  • Solid understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change readiness.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear, simple, and compelling communications.
  • Identify potential resistance or barriers to change and develop strategies to address them effectively.
