Business Development Manager (Franchise)

This fantastic opportunity is suitable for someone already in role as a Business Development Manager with a passion for recruiting the best people into our ever expanding franchise concept, confidence in this role and working in a fast paced, ever changing environment is crucial.

As a Franchise Business Development Manager you will work closely with our Partner Operators to drive and sustain pub performance within our Partnership framework. We lead, support and coach our Partners to deliver strong sustainable businesses.

Your role as Business Development Manager, you will...

• Develop and maintain a network to recruit only the best into Greene King, selling the Franchise concept and ensuring the on-boarding process is always a great experience.
• Work closely with our self-employed Partner Operators, spending time assisting them to develop growth strategies and plans within our Partnership framework.
• Through regular business reviews, pub visits and team meetings deliver brilliant commercial results.
• Effectively and efficiently manage our Partner contractual obligations, taking swift and decisive action when required.

What you’ll bring… 

• Adaptable and flexible with the drive and resilience to achieve in a growing division.
• Comfortable analysing data to glean meaningful insight and create actions that improve performance.
• Pubs are your true passion and you will have a high level of experience within Leisure & Hospitality, ideally in a multi-site field-based role.
• Outstanding communication, influencing and networking skills.
