Job description

This is a newly created role at the heart of the team, supporting and elevating our work across brand excellence, loyalty, innovation, spatial design, and corporate brand. Each of these areas is strategically critical to the business, and success depends on an exceptional strategic brand manager who can connect big-picture thinking with flawless execution and business impact:

 

    • Management and delivery of workstreams
    • Development and Management of brand
    • Delivery of strategic content
    • Creation of processes

Qualifications

Your role as Brand Manager

Loyalty Brand

  • Manage agency in development of brand and guidelines
  • Support on brand workstream to ensure technical delivery of brand in the app
  • Work with the loyalty marketing manager to deliver an effective launch plan

Corporate Brand

  • Responsible for the evolution of corporate brand guidelines
  • Embed new guidelines across teams to drive application
  • Create a structure and governance to manage and protect the brand from further iterations
  • Support the development of a new corporate brand website

Brand Excellence

  • Support our Way of Brand Building programme delivery with a particular focus on:
    • Delivery of our capability Programme with 4 training modules to be delivered in 2026
    • Development of templates for brand excellence such as brand identify guidelines, vis ID, TOV guidelines
    • Development of requirements for ops brand inductions to drive consistency across brands
  • Manage portfolio innovation projects – from front end to embedding in the business
  • Support in the development of an innovation framework  

Spatial Design

  • Support the design manager in the completion of design guides across brands
  • Support the design manager to identify opportunities for innovation and manage research where relevant, to get to the heart of consumer needs/ideas

Innovation

What you’ll bring… 

  • A self-starter, who is curious and creative in developing new ideas and solutions
  • Excellent communication skills – written, creative and verbal
  • Excellent influencing skills coupled with the ability to impact across a variety of stakeholders at all levels
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of financial reports
  • Ability to synthesise disparate data and run into actionable insights.
  • Collaborates effectively across and outside of the business to achieve swift and coordinated delivery of results
  • Highly resilient, works with pace and attention to detail, focus and optimism.
  • Attention to detail in all forms of information sharing and communication.
  • Ability to inspire through story telling.
  • Experience with project planning and implementation
  • Customer obsessed. Loves people and ideally hospitality
  • Degree in marketing, business or digital qualifications
  • Experience working in Brand and / or innovation roles either agency or client side
  • Experience in management, planning and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in working with insights data/teams/agencies and being able to understand and extract relevant findings to shape strategy
  • Ideally, understanding of the hospitality industry and the customer journey
  • Passion for managing and developing hospitality brands with a clear focus on delivering exemplary guest experiences through great design and service delivery
