Area Manager

As one of four area managers in the south East region, and part of a wider team of nine, you will be responsible for running an area of 11 community pubs pubs located around Cambridge, Hitchin,  and the South East. As an Area Manager working in our Community brand, you will lead and grow your teams, helping them achieve their full potential. With the opportunity to oversee your own collection of pubs, you'll come up with innovative ideas, take calculated risks, and make the necessary adjustments to serve the needs of your customers.  

An opportunity has arisen for an Area Manager to join our Community Pubs team. We're looking for a customer and team-focused individual with excellent planning, organizational, and multi-site management experience in the hospitality industry.
