As our Amazon Business Rollout Coordinator your role will be working on a 6 month fixed term contract basis on the maintenance and management of the Amazon Business accounts system including all user support queries and the rollout of this across Greene King.

Your role as a Amazon Business Rollout Coordinator will be....
- Maintenance and management of the Amazon Business accounts system
- User support/query resolution
- Rollout to Greene King Pubs & Destination Brands to the agreed rollout schedule
- Issue regular business reporting
- Measure business purchases to understand the level of compliance, and influence the business to make the right choices
- Reduce costs and manage business risks
- Support the wider team when required with projects that link with Amazon and business expenses
What you'll bring...
- Experience of supporting and communicating with Pubs
- Intermediate user of Excel
- Previous experience of Cognos would be an advantage
- Accounting knowledge
- Data Analysis skills are desirable
- Excellent communicator
- Excels at planning and organising
- Ambassador for customer service with the ability to manage expectations and able to give difficult messages
- Self-motivated/able to work independently and make the right business decisions
