We are opening our first single largest investment hotel which will be a flagship for our evolving brand, and we have a rare opportunity for a seasoned Guest Experience Manager to join us and be part of creating our new future in a stunning South Coast seafront location, only a stone’s throw from Brighton.

Guest Experience/Reception Manager
As a Guest Experience Manager, your commitment to exceptional service coupled with your passion for guest experience is key. With a keen focus on personalised service, and efficient team leadership, you’ll be an integral leader in creating excellent stays.
What you’ll do as a Guest Experience Manager…
- Oversee and manage reception, budgeting, expenses, revenue opportunities, and guest transactions to ensure financial health and maximize profitability.
- Act as the face and brand ambassador for the hotel and ensure your team do the same
- Ensure a seamless guest experience by providing personalized service, coordinating with hotel departments for prompt request fulfilment, and proactively enhancing the overall stay.
- Supervise, train, and motivate your team for exceptional service, and help create a positive working environment to consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Collaborate with various hotel departments and liaise with external vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
- Efficiently manage the reception area, implementing streamlined procedures to monitor room availability, reservations and guest requests to meet guest requirements.
What you’ll bring…
- Excellent communication skills engaging effectively with guests, team members, and stakeholders offering a role model service, consistent to high standards.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a record of developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills to prioritise tasks and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within the hospitality industry, demonstrating a passion for hotels and restaurants with knowledge of local attractions to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Proficient in using hotel property management systems.
