In your role as Food, Drink & Brand Partner you will….

• Support the launch of new food menu’s and drinks categories through coaching and training
• Have an obsession for achieving 5* EHO accreditation in every business, through focus and awareness on Food Safety and Kitchen Hygiene
• Support our agreed strategic plan for 5* Cellar accreditation in every pub to ensure great quality liquor products and Perfect Serve contribute towards an outstanding Customer experience
• Play a key role in supporting the development of our BOH teams to ensure food operations are executed to our brand standards aligned to our benchmarking reports
• Be an ambassador in streamlining operational processes and procedures to ensure a positive and memorable Customer experience, through exceptional execution and consistency of our food and drinks offer delivered by our kitchen and FOH teams

• An ability to lead, engage, inspire and provide healthy challenge for our pub-based teams on a day-to-day basis ensuring a clear focused direction based on business needs and development
• An enviable passion for our people who are integral to our internal succession across the division, and the wider GK business through supporting and contributing to their personal development plans
